The 'villas' are located three blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach. They are located on Cocoa Beach's main street: busy during the day but very quiet during evening and overnight. The units have double-insulated glass to minimize any street sounds.

The kitchen includes a full assortment of dishes, glasses, and cooking implements. We also provide limited spices like salt, pepper, and olive oil.

The villas are on a regular pest treatment plan. However, the balmy, tropical weather that appeals to Florida visitors also appeals to many crawling and flying critters.  If you don’t want to share your stay with them, please do not invite them in!  Make sure all doors and windows are closed, and food should be cleaned up immediately.

The direct ocean condo does offer a heated community pool. You will receive a key that opens a gate. You must abide by all rules posted on the signs.

Yes!  Guests have access to an outdoor (cold water) shower on the walk way to the private beach access gate. You can use it to remove excess beach sand before returning to the condo, or using the private, heated pool.
