The villas are on a regular pest treatment plan. However, the balmy, tropical weather that appeals to Florida visitors also appeals to many crawling and flying critters. If you don’t want to share your stay with them, please do not invite them in! Make sure all doors and windows are closed, and food should be cleaned up immediately.

The direct ocean condo does offer a heated community pool. You will receive a key that opens a gate. You must abide by all rules posted on the signs.
